Yoga

Movement, meditation and breathwork

My approach to yoga

I teach a vinyasa flow style of yoga, with elements of yin woven throughout. My classes are designed to be accessible, inclusive, and welcoming to all - regardless of age, experience, body shape, or ability.

Each class offers a supportive space to explore your body through asana (movement and postures) and prana (breath and life force). While my teaching is modern and fluid, it remains rooted in traditional yogic principles, honouring the essence of the practice.

More than movement

In a world where we often live in our heads—thinking, planning, and doing—yoga invites us to return to the body.

My classes encourage you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect. Through movement and breath, you’re invited to listen to your body, follow your intuition, and find a sense of balance—both on and off the mat.

1-2-1

1-2-1 or small group sessions enable you to deepen your practice with a bespoke experience and a safe space to ask questions. With detailed explanations of individual postures, as well as meditation and breath work shaped around your needs, 1-2-1s offer a completely individual experience and a deep dive into the traditional roots of yoga.

Corporate

The perfect remedy to a day spent sitting at a desk; corporate classes work on opening and stretching the body, focussing the mind and relaxation. Through learning to breathe fully and consciously, I aim to help people build a toolkit for coping with and responding to high stress situations. I offer corporate classes in the South West area.
